They produce architectural presentation material, Computer generated imagery, stunning animations, physical models and a raft of other goodies.
Their sales value on a sale is anywhere between $20,000 and 1million dollars.
Commissions start at 20% and go to 30%. So, you sell 100k a month and you have an income of $20,000 a month and sell $200,000 and your income is $60,000. All their sales people average well over 100k a month.
The position is a position for winners they dont want people who wont do what is required to generate sales winners are grinners in their company. If you can get great results from 5 hours a week then thats fine with them they do not judge people on the hours the work they judge their sales people on the results they generate.They will provide sales material for you to start with, when the sale goes well, you can setup a sales team and to share extra bonus.
