Husky Germany injection molding machines have been installed for the molding of 24 to 48 cavities of closure caps.

They are seeking to hire the services of a Techno-commercial Engineer.
Job Description :

- Perform design works involving injection / blow mould, stretch blow, Compression, Transfer mold, machine elements / parts, tooling and accessories, jigs & fixtures design ready for machining in the production.

- 3D Modeling & machining of core, cavity, electrodes etc. & tool path stimulation.

- Research and Development of product designs as per customer''s requirement.

- Prepares detailed estimate of jobs involving new products and submit computation.

- Co-ordinates with Development Engineering, Operations, Machine shop heads and other concerned departments for the design of finish product.

- Process planning of complete mold designs with detailing of all the parts.

Job Responsibilities as a Techno-commercial Engineer:

- To enhance the technical experience by discussing some planning and control
problems and how to deal with them.

- To improve system productivity by minimizing conflict between activities and errors.

- Information collection, estimation and analyzes.

- Motivation and Direction through Corrective Action Plans.

- Coordinating with sales Engineers regarding all technical issues and assurance to
satisfy the customer''s requirement.

- Production planning for more out-put by less in-put.
