TPM CONSTRUCTION, DUBAI, U.A.E

Our Client TPM is a project management company working on several high value projects in different states of UAE and Saudi Arabia with some very high profile clients. The services of TPM are as follows.
1. Feasibility studies for projects and real estate opportunities.
2. Owners and developers representation services.
3. Project management.
4. Project engineering drawings.
5. Project support services.

They are seeking to hire the services of a Project Manager.
Job Qualifications:
1. Should be a Civil Engineer.
2. 10-15 years of practical experience with a contracting company, consultants supervision staff or project management firm.
3. Experience in the construction of high rise buildings. (Minimum 5 years in UAE).
4. Good knowledge of conditions of the contract (FIDIC based contracts) and evaluation of variation requests and claims.
5. Communication and coordination skills.
