1. Conduct scheduled cruises aboard tour boats.
2. Provide for a safe boat operation and responsibility for the safety of passengers and crew.
3. Perform practical skills evaluations for boat operator applicants.
4. Provide proof of appropriate licensing and certification.
5. Certify to Management the satisfactory completion of the required practical examination by operator applicants.
