Performs commissioning level services and provides mentoring services and technical assistance at customer sites.

Promotes and manages After Market Parts Sales (AMPS) Targets through value added selling.

Manage Representative partners parts and service sales targets.

Negotiate Service and AMPS opportunities by participating in formal proposals, invitations to bid and supply contracts for applicable territories.

Accountable for customer retention, satisfaction and service growth to existing clients in Middle East.

Travel requirements in the range of 80%, mainly within the Middle East.

Background and Skill

Broad base knowledge of Trojan product lines.

Post secondary accreditation in an Electrical discipline - Electrician's license is a requirement

5+ years experience in Technical Service role required

Comfortable working level in PLC's with knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens programming

Well organized and self-motivated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate well to both the customer, and to all levels of the organization

Be comfortable with presentations, including the ability to communicate with learners from various technical backgrounds: i.e., discussion leading, questioning, responding and fielding skills
