Responsibilities: Our Client, Bareface productions offers a full production facilitation to regional and international photographic crews shooting on location in the uae.
– You will be required to help manage the photographers that we look after including.
– Negotiating and securing photographic clients, quoting, invoicing and booking forms, arranging go sees, managing their diaries, looking after their accounts, keeping them up to date on their finances.
– Liaising with labs, studios, equipment houses, insurance, flights, hotels – keeping up to date with rates, bookings, etc.
– Promoting photographers to ad agencies, stills production companies, corporate clients and promoting them overseas if relevant.
Skills: Skills / Personality:

– Worked either in an ad agency or a related environment (photography, production etc) would be beneficial
– Must speak English
– Independent worker with initiative
– Self Motivated and Sales ability.
– Highly organized.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, can–do minded person to join our team in the position of stills producer. The job demands a person with the attributes and experience listed below and the responsibilities of the position include the following:

Job Responsibilities:

–Pre–production and budgeting.
–Presenting to clients.
–Scheduling and negotiations with suppliers.
–Source the best crew for the job.
–Liaise with location scouting and management.
–Liaise with model and talent agency.
–Sourcing wardrobe and props.
–Arranging catering, permit applications, crew bookings, equipment hire, accommodation reservations, transportation and airport transfers, visas and government permissions, studio hire, models and cast, freighting, mobile phone rentals, etc.
–Helicopter and aerial shoots
–Booking insurances – personal accident
–production on shoots – smooth running of the shoot on set – keeping photographer aware of timings, overtime issues.
