- Our Privacy Policy
We will NEVER sell or exchange the names or e-mail addresses of any member, to any other party or organization, without the prior permission of the member. User information will only be shared with potential employers or agents responsible or associated with job placement purposes. It is understood, that candidates applying for a position or emailing resumes to staff@jobsindubai.com are granting permission for their information to be shared with potential employers or agents responsible for job placement purposes.
Protecting the privacy of our users is of the highest importance to us. No user's information is shared in a manner that allows the user to be individually identified.
- Delivery Policy
Within seven business days of paying the processing fee, members will receive a file number. This file number allows members to access the “Candidates “ section of our website and can also be obtained by calling 905.625.2716 or E-Mailing accepted@jobsindubai.com
- Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not issued within the first six months of registration with Jobs in Dubai. Any request for refunds can take a minimum of four to six weeks to process. This is to ensure that the member's application is not being processed and there are no scheduled interviews in place. We also want to ensure that a member's profile is not disabled from a prospective employer's account before the refund is issued. The sudden cancellation of an application can result in an applicant's resume becoming unavailable to an employer who may be in the process of reviewing the application or in some cases even selecting the candidate. Once a profile is disabled, employers are unable to view any contact information and the client’s information is deleted from the employers account. Refunds are issued on the 5th of every month. If a request for a refund is submitted after the 5th, the refund will be issued on the refund date scheduled for the following month.
This Agreement is between you (“You”), the purchaser of products or services on this web site and JOBS IN DUBAI. COM INC. (“Us”, “We”, “Our” or the “Supplier”). All orders and purchases made through www.jobsindubai.com (the “Site”) are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement (the “Agreement”). The effective date of this Agreement is when You accept this Agreement in accordance with the procedure set out below.
PLEASE NOTE, DEPENDING ON THE SERVICES YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR, THERE MAY BE FEES THAT ARE REFUNDABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE. SHOULD YOU REGISTER FOR A SERVICE, THE FEES FOR WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, YOUR FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We offer two types of memberships, a Regular Membership and a Gold Membership. The prices vary depending on your residency and the services being purchased. Prior to any payment being sent, You will be advised of the appropriate charges. Please note, regardless of an account being new or an upgraded regular membership account, Gold Membership fees are non-refundable.

- Contract and Governing Law
This Agreement, any use of the Site and any order or purchase made through the facilities of this Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario to resolve any disputes, actions or claims and You acknowledge that this submission is done voluntarily.
THE SERVICES (AND GOODS, IF ANY) ARE AVAILABLE IN APPLICABLE PROVINCES AND TERRITORIES OF CANADA ONLY AND ANY OTHER JURISDICTION WHERE THE SERVICES (AND GOODS, IF ANY) CAN BE LEGALLY ADVERTISED AND SOLD. The Site and any contents contained therein does not constitute an offer, invitation to treat, or solicitation by anyone in any jurisdiction in which any such actions cannot be legally made. You acknowledge and agree that You have the legal capacity to enter into agreement with Us and, if not, You agree to immediately exit and not return to the Site.

- Products and Services Available on the Site
List of services provided: Resume Formatting, career counseling, online access to resumes, online resume creation, and log in access to website, relocation help, Gold Membership, Regular Membership. Employers access, Employers membership, job postings, employer’s login access, Snap Shot feature to upload individual images along with resumes, telephone helpline, customer service by telephone and electronic email, list of employers viewing resumes, list of employers accessing database, employers logo, employer trial packages, employers trial memberships and free access to limited resumes.
We are a global resource for the recruitment of skilled personnel and our key focus has been the provision of human resources to corporations, which are mainly located in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. To use this service, You must have Internet access and a functioning e-mail address. You must set up an online profile (“Snap Shot”) by filling out an online application form, which includes submitting an electronic copy of your resume. If your application and profile matches our employer job postings, You will be notified via e-mail. YOU WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A GOLD MEMBERSHIP AND A REFUNDABLE FEE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A REGULAR MEMBERSHIP. Your Snap Shot will then be available to prospective employers. Interested employers will contact you directly for the purpose of proceeding with their internal recruitment process.
- Resume Snap Shot Liability
JID.COM INC does not take any responsibility or agree to be held liable for the safety of individuals creating resume snapshots or attachments of personal pictures on the Site. We make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of all candidates. Any contact information is only given to employers with contractual agreements in place. It is solely the candidate’s responsibility to accept or reject any solicitation for employment by any parties claiming to be Our employers or free lance agents. By filling out this resume snap shot, candidates accept any and all liability or risks associated with the creation of a Snap Shot. Candidates should not under any circumstances include their personal information or email address or their employers name while creating a resume snap shot that is viewed on the main site by all public accessing this website.
- Terms and Methods of Payment
A REFUNDABLE application fee of $92 CAD ("Fee") must be paid by all nationalities. This does not include UAE nationals and residents and GCC citizens, for whom it is free. For those required to pay the fee, this is payable once You have been notified of potential matches to job postings by employers and you have decided to become a member. The fees for the regular membership can be refunded provided a request for a refund is made in writing after one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of the payment and You have not received any services at the time the request for the refund was made.
In order to receive the extra services provided with the Gold Membership package, a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $125 for the GOLD Membership package must be paid. This is applicable to all regardless of their nationality or country of residence.
All membership and services details can be found on the Site and should be reviewed prior to making any payment. Your acceptance to receive such services shall be deemed from your payment for such services.
Prices Subject to Changes Without Notice
You are hereby advised and You hereby agree that all general membership fees are REFUNDABLE once You have used the recruitment services offered by Us especially in the case of the regular membership. You may apply for a full refund of your application deposit only once the one hundred and eighty (180) day time period, as described above, has passed.
ALL PAYMENT METHODS ARE AS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE. FAILURE TO PAY ANY REQUIRED FEE SHALL PERMIT THE SUPPLIER TO CEASE PROVIDING ANY AND ALL SERVICES TO YOU.
Provision of Services
You are required to pay all costs relating to your access of the Internet and the Site.
You will receive a file number within seven business days of paying the applicable fees relating to your membership. This file number can be used to access your online account and use services such as Online Creation of Resumes, Snap Shot Creation, Picture Uploading, and Listing Resume on Employers Search Results. No Liability for Recruitment Agencies Working as Referrals
The information gathered on this site includes, but is not limited to, the following: The Site collects names, e-mail addresses and domain names during the registration process. We also obtain users' e-mail addresses and other attached information when they send us e-mails. Our system also uses browser cookies to track a user's path through the Site. This enables Us to better respond to any problems with our service, and to offer a more personalized service. If You would like to disable your cookies, visit the help section on your browser toolbar and perform and index search for 'disabling cookies'.
The Site is not intended to provide specific individual advice including, but not limited to, investment, financial, legal, accounting and/or tax advice. We recommend that You consult with your own professional advisor(s) with respect to your particular circumstances.

Internet Contract Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, JID.COM INC DOES NOT MAKE OR GIVE ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES AS TO UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE TRANSACTIONS, PRIVACY, SECURITY, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THOSE ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JID.COM INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER CAUSED. THIS IS APPLICABLE EVEN IF THE SUPPLIER OR ANY OF THEIR LAWFUL AGENTS, CONTRACTORS OR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIM. IN NO CASE WILL THE SUPPLIER’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) BE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO WHICH THE CLAIM RELATES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SUPPLIER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM VIRUSES, DATA CORRUPTION, FAILED MESSAGES, DAMAGES ARISING AS A RESULT OF: TRANSMISSION ERRORS OR PROBLEMS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS, THE SUPPLIER’S CONTRACTORS, THE INTERNET BACKBONE, THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY YOU, OR YOUR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUBCONTRACTORS, OR OTHER EVENTS BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SUPPLIER.
FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION, THE “SUPPLIER” SHALL INCLUDE THE SUPPLIER’S AFFILIATES AND THE SUPPLIER’S AND ITS AFFILIATES’ RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS.
THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRY OF THIS AGREEMENT.
