Description :  Safety

- Identify & communicate clearly on potentially dangerous situations and get confirmation that they are correctly understood.
- Inspect equipment to ensure environmental compliance.
- Understand & implement regulations & plant environmental policies. Be aware of & prevent potential environmental spills associated with plant operations (auxiliary equipment).

Production

- Obtain plant status information from all relevant sources at the start of the shift
- Utilize checklist/job plans to systematically monitor the designated area and inspect the condition of equipment, check that parameters are within specified limits
- Communicate work status, hazards, abnormalities & unresolved problems clearly for all relevant persons to ensure they can be fixed and taken into account during the next shift(s).
- Detect & record abnormalities and potential problems, communicate them to CCR or shift coordinator and take if possible prompt corrective actions.
- Suggest improvements or inclusions of new items in checklists.
- Identify & execute minute repairs and communicate major repairs to maintenance department
- Manually start (based on approval from Shift Coordinator), adjust and stop equipment in accordance with procedures.
