Job Description


1. Market and sell TABO lands and Etihad Villas to the Emirati market.
2. Meet aggressive monthly sales targets.
3. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory / market segment to generate new business for the companys products / services.
4. Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
5. Follow the instructions set out in UCIs Sales Manual and adhere to UCIs sales policies.
6. Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the products and services.
7. Identifies advantages and compares organizations products/services.
8. Analyzes the territory / markets potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the company.
9. Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
10. Present financing options, follow up with customers, and coordinate between customers and banks or mortgage institutions to complete the funding process.
11. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
12. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities.
