Job Description


- Achieving revenue and profitability targets as per the AOP for the Household Goods.
- Moving business of Writer Relocations.
- Develop and execute Country/ Branch strategy.
- Lead the annual business planning exercise for the HHG Moving business for the Country/Branch for sales and operations.
- Review Business Performance as per the AOP Strategy and Performance against Objectives and take requisite action plan.
- Identifying and monitoring performance of account management program.
- Managing customer escalations as per the companys escalation matrix.
- Monitor Market Positioning vis a vis the Competitors.
- Provide Inputs on Pricing after analyzing Markets.
- Promotes and maintains positive relations with partners, vendors and any other external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end business development and operations for the branch with 60% focus on operations and 40% focus on business development/CRM/Sales.
- Develop sales and operations plans on an annual, quarterly and monthly, weekly basis at Branch level.
- Monitor the operations performance weekly with the team and implement relevant action plans.
- Develop peak season operations plan, including capacity building in terms of infrastructure and manpower.
- Manage a team of sales managers and surveyors for generating business at the branch.
- Manage servicing of agent business.
- Supervise White glove moves execution –including meeting shippers as per defined policy.
- Manage shipper and account escalations as per the escalation matrix.
- Manage day-to-day administration of the branch in terms of facilities, local issues and regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for coordinating commercial for the rate negotiation and approved agreement.

- implement relevant action plans based on the performance and customer feedback.
- Managing geographic expansion within their allocated region, through extension of network within the country/region.
- Managing relationships with top 3-5 strategic accounts within the country/Branch.
- Recruit, develop and retain the branch sales and operations teams.
- Create an atmosphere that promotes teaming, moral and ethical business conduct.
- Provide direction, motivation and training to the team to ensure optimum performance.
- Maintain and improve product and process quality as per Quality Management Program.
- Adhere to the quality management process.
- Manage complaints & ensure the corrective action taken and informed.
- Review enquiry status updated by Sales team.
- Ensure Survey process for enquiries and coordinate for Pricing.
- Accountable for Local pricing & Quote.
- Ensure Timely approval of invoice & collection.
