Job Description:
Experienced Cad technician / Design Engineer required for our new office in Dubai. The role is supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of product design and development. You will need to use engineering principles to provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products. Create high level concept designs and visuals. Work on the design, development, installation, operation and maintenance of products Search for new engineering solutions Look to develop new or existing products and processes Research to find or develop more efficient production processes Contacting local and international suppliers to resource materials and best manufacturing techniques There will be prototyping, detailed specifying for manufacture and calculating windloading. You will need the following experience: The candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hands-on work experience in a design & development environment. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. A sound knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques. Fluent in English and preferably fluent in Arabic. Self motivated with the ability to prioritise his or her own work. Excellent communication skills.
