1) Manager (Commercial)
As the Head the Commercial Department he should have exposed to the following activities. Should be responsible for all contractual matters including reviewing contracts, maintaining project cost control / monitoring systems and budgets. Co-ordinate with other Departments and ensure proper management of the company's contractual and cost liabilities. Establish policies, procedures and cost database for the efficient functioning. Ensure timely submission of applications for payments and certification etc.
Minimum Qualification: RICS or Equivalent
Experience: 12 Yrs
2) PROJECT MANAGER
He should ensure the project completion as per the customer's specified requirements. Should be able to Co-ordinate the design and review of the projects, Receive and review all project correspondence, Plan for the required project resources, Monitor the day to day progress of the project, attend the meetings with the Main Contractor and Client's representatives. Ensure project cost control measures and the implementation of project quality plan etc.
Minimum Qualification: Engineering Degree (Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience: 12 Yrs
3) PROJECT PLANNER
He should responsible for the preparation of project plan based on Main contractor's programme, should be well versed with constructing structure of the programme using computer based application. He should also be able to determine the project duration factors and co ordinate with other departments.
Minimum Qualification: Engineering Degree (Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience: 10 Yrs
