1. Responsibility of overall sales targets
2. Designing the best product/price mix to optimize the value of the produce for different customers
3. Frequent data reporting of prices/market intelligence to the sales team in India
4. Negotiating with buyers on a constant basis and develop a program based on their needs
after understanding their quality requirements
5. Source newer buyers in different nations across the EU, Russia and CIS countries
6. Manage operations and the documentation from the time of the produce arrival in the
7. UAE, QC, testing, storage and dispatch to buyers
8. Ability to work in small teams and deliver disproportionate output
9. Self driven and understanding of difference in cultural nuances
