WindStone International GmbH, a premier international architectural design firm, is immediately seeking an arcitectural project leader with a strong international architectural / construction background to join our Berlin team to work on projects based in the Middle East and in Germany.
Primary Responsibilities:
Co-coordinating and liaising sub-consultants and clients/potential clients
Clearly guiding the internal and external design teams whilst formulating a team player flexible attitude
Long experience in leading the in-house design team for large-scale projects within tight deadlines
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years professional experience in the planning/implementation of major projects with exceptional experience in design and
execution of large-sized mixed use projects
Experienced in specifications & tender documentation
Exceptional management skills (knowledge of MS project)
Excellent design skills (knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D)
Native spoken and written English
