Job Description

Strategic
Lead, plan, develop and deliver on the business and company strategy to ensure attainment of company goals and profitability.
Sales & Marketing
Development and implementation of sales/marketing plans, proposals and presentations.
o Provide recommendations for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses, initiate correspondence with customers and close disputes
Handle customer complaints of Assigned Accounts to total satisfaction
Operations
Ensure that Operations of Assigned Accounts run smoothly and according to company policy with the correct information on each project is provided in a timely manner; assisting Operations to plan and communicate with the customer at all stages of the process and ensuring company asset are best deployed.
Maximize labor & equipment utilization and forecast future requirements.
HR/Training
Responsible for the performance evaluation and development of all employees, including disciplinary procedures.
Recruits, tests, and hires employees based on company criteria.
Reporting
Provide monthly management report and timely and unprompted feedback to senior management regarding overall company performance as per KPI’s.
Financial
Prepare department budgets and ensure compliance.
Control project expenses of Assigned Accounts to meet budget guidelines.
Facilitate collections of accounts receivable of Assigned Account
Policies
Implement the companys policies and procedures. Ensure that supervisors implement and support the policies with their crews.
Internal / External Cooperation
Ensure that all staff meet or exceed expected standards for all of their duties and responsibilities.
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability, follow-up and close-out.
Set examples in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
Conduct regular coaching and counseling with staff to build motivation and selling skills.
Maintain contact with all major clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Ensure confidentiality on all company matters.
Information and Procedures
Provide the information necessary to enable the staff to carry out their duties.
