+ Develop and execute the sales strategy for GroupOne
+ Maintains a global sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
+ Provide sales pipelines, maximize revenue and exceed forecasting
+ Push and develop strategic partnerships with advertising agencies and others
+ Weekly sales meetings within the group and reporting to the VP & General Manager
+ Participate in the development of RFPs, and generate an outstanding amount of sales and partnership deals
+ Networking with partners and possible clients
+ If qualified promotion to Head of Business Development of the Media Group possible after completion of probationary period
