Skill Set required:
Should have experience in Business Analysis.
Should have experience in Ecommerce, Payment gateway and Merchants support.
Strong experience in Java, .NET, ASP or PHP.
Experience in troubleshoot merchant issues by providing assistance to the merchant-facing teams
Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and articulate fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.
