Responding to client queries/ gathering specific info. from client/ Pre SRS
Responding to Request For Information, Request For Proposal, making proposals, estimates by interfacing with tech teams
Lead Negotiations and Closure
Making the Legal Agreements with Partner or Client or Signing of MOUs/NDA
Introducing project manager to client and handing over project info to facilitate smooth transitioning of project responsibilities
Monitoring progress of project on periodic basis
Co-ordinating with Accounts: PO, Invoicing, Collection follow ups
Periodic update to superior on activities conducted and results; strategic inputs on changes in focus/approach (Mkt, tech, services) from time to time
Periodic team meetings to take stock of over all activities in the dept. and providing necessary inputs/guidelines
