1. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
2. Accompany buyers during visits to the site, advising them on the suitability and value of the Property they are investing into.
3. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
4. Compare a property with similar properties to determine its competitive market price.
5. Review plans with clients, recommending available options and features.
6. Prepare documents such as Booking forms and client registration forms
7. Come up with ideas for marketing property and creating new leads.
8. Review plans with clients, recommending available options and features.
9. Have an understanding of the rental properties prices.
10. Visit other developers projects and offices to gain competitor knowledge.
11. Develop networks of agents/brokers, mortgage lenders, free lancers or anyone to whom clients may be referred.
