1. Busy craft supply shop requires dynamic female shop manager. Must have retail management experience, knowledge of crafting & sewing supplies is a huge plus.
2. The manager will be responsible for day to day running of the shop, including driving sales, staff schedules and some HR/payroll reporting, motivation and training of staff, overseeing displays and merchandising, shop-level marketing & events, stock planning, and superlative customer care.
3. Applicants must have excellent spoken & written English, and facility in other languages is a plus. Good computer skills are essential. Must be very comfortable using Excel; knowledge of Pastel accounting system and Adobe Design software would be beneficial.
4. Our shop is a creative, challenging environment and the ideal candidate would be the perfect combination of creative genius, organizational whiz and super hostess.
5. Full time is ideal, but we may consider a part time position for the right candidate.
