Progressive Engineering Consultants is an Architectural and Engineering Consultancy company based in the UAE with a tie-up with a leading US company, and lead by a highly experienced team. We are looking to expand our operations in Dubai, and are looking for a highly qualified architect to join our staff.
The ideal candidate shall have 5 - 7 years of architectural design experience on a wide variety of projects within the UAE. He/she will be expected to be a self starter and be able to bear the responsibility of the entire architectural process, starting from initial proposal generation and presentation, all the way to detailed design. Our company prides itself on offering our clients unique designs and services that surpass our competition. As part of this, our architect shall be expected to be high on creativity while still providing economical and attractive designs, and delivering these on tight deadlines.
We expect candidates to have the following skills:
1. High level of speed and expertise in AutoCAD.
2. Ability to generate and render 3D models using 3D Studio Max / Sketch-Up / V-Ray, etc.
3. Strong communication skills in order to understand and conceptualize client requirements
4. Strong presentation skills to build and deliver client facing presentations
5. High level of familiarity with Dubai Municipality rules and regulations, and the ability to go to the Dubai Municipality for discussions and clarification of architectural points.
6. Ability to use the Dubai Municipality internet portal effectively.
