1. Work on multiple development topics and projects as required
2. Lead projects as required, taking responsibility for successful completion
3. Work to project plans and inform line manager at earliest opportunity if project progress is not to plan
4. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all work in formats required
5. Produce project progress reports as requested. Contribute to H&S for all P2i products
6. Contribute to the development and manufacturing team including managing, mentoring and
7. developing staff
8. Interface with R&D, business development, sales & accounts functions within P2i
