MEDICAL OFFICER
1. He often meets doctors and specialists to discuss about clinical procedures implemented daily
2. He plans the treatment and diet schedule for each patient who gets admitted in the hospital
3. He monitors the treatment procedure along with nursing staff
4. He can introduce new medical staff to the hospital and give him proper training
5. He should provide feedback about other medical staffs to the chief medical director
6. He also plans for developing infrastructure and buying new appliances for the hospital
7. He formulates budget for constructing new operation theater
8. Works with physiotherapist and other allied staffs to explain the needs of the patient
9. He maintains the document of case sheet of every in-patient
