Our Client, Devoteam Group is looking for an experienced Telecoms Engineer with a mobile telecommunications background in Radio Access Network Performance.
Start Date: ASAP
You will apply techniques, methods and automated processes to optimise and maximise the radio access network performance of the company's mobile network. This will involve using analytical methods to analyse network measurement data and create models to optimise the 2G and 3G RAN parameter sets, such that the overall RAN performance can be continuously be kept at optimum while the customer base and voice & data traffic volume grow over time. You will have more than 3 years hands-on experience in GSM and/or UMTS Radio access network and an in-depth understanding of GSM/UMTS system architecture and protocols. An in-depth understanding of GSM/UMTS radio access counters, KPIs and parameters is also required.
