Job Description:
1. Apply engineering principles and technology to plan and design architectural frameworks based on organizational needs.
2. Preparing site layout according to the companys specifications and operations requirements.
3. Manage and lead the development of Three Dimensional (3D) Proposals.
4. Translate the development brief into a design brief and manage and monitor the design process.
5. Prepare new layouts against the scope of work for new or existing projects.
6. Provide technical support in areas of planning, designing, choosing materials and construction management.
7. Assist in developing and implementing the companys standards and Procedures.
8. Review all Architectural and Design Drawings submitted by consultants and interior designer, in addition to reviewing and verifying the contractors shop drawings.
9. Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and procedures.
10. Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports.
