PAG Electronics is a product development, engineering and manufacturing company specializing in electronic products. We are based in Shenzhen (CHINA) website : www.pag-electronics.com
Our activities are covering the whole development and manufacturing cycle for innovative electronic products. We operate behind the scene on behalf of western based SME/SMI, entrepreneur and inventor.
The product range we are covering is quite wide: from the power bank i-phone case till the industrial electronic controller, trough wearable and connected device.
Our activities include mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, prototyping, mould manufacturing management, procurement and assembly.
Our company management team is a made of engineer having more than 7 years of experience in china manufacturing and product development.


The mission:

In order to accelerate its growth, PAG ELECTRONICS wants to develop its sales volume in North America by engaging into business development activity.

On this base, the company is currently looking for strengthen it sales team by appointing people with sales and business development profile.

With support of the sales manager you will take charge of prospecting new account.

You will be especially in charge of :
- active prospection by searching leads and identifying potential new customers
- contacting prospect to introduce our services, organize meeting, negotiate, close deals
- sales calling to potential customers
- follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction
- track and record activity on accounts via our online CRM
- Submit regular progress reports

A major parts of your time (90%) will be dedicated to contact people by phone or other way to try to close the deal and acquire new accounts.


Profile we are looking for :

- Ideally already some sales or business development experience in B2B industry
- Aggressive sales people with good communication
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Independent, self-disciplined with proper collaborative skills
- Willing to win, to convince and to achieve results
- Key performance indicator oriented (we will track your performances to assess your capability)
- Energetic and dynamic character, a winning attitude.
- Persistent and patient
- Problem solving, capable to take initiatives
- Comfortable with communication
- Conversational English a must, Spanish a plus
- Long term minded



Availability:

As soon as possible.
We require a minimum commitment to the task of 6 months

Compensation:

A percentage of the sales being achieve. A only one time sale, can go quickly to 1500-2000 USD for selling a full package of service.
For the best sales people we will consider a full time position after a year and a paid trip to Asia.
