City Traffic Engineer International citizen Category A1 or B1, with minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in traffic engineering and operation & maintenance for major urban streets, regional roadways and highways.
Must be expert with level of service analyses, speed studies and signalization for different categories of traffic serving streets, roads, intersections, and variety of operating conditions.
Knowledge of design and design cross-sections is essential based on international standards and best safety practices.
Experience with multi model and pedestrian treatments within roadway and street rights-of-way is required. Graduate from an accredited institution.
The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
