Marketing Automation Analyst

Our client companies come to us because they have unique business problems and they are looking for a true partner solution. The sales cycle is long and complex, with a variety of intersections that could have lasting impacts on our ability to partner with a prospect or client company.

The Client Executives (CEs) and Sales Executives (SEs) who manage our client accounts are required to build relationships across all of a client organization, and help our clients solve complex customer experience problems. It requires the ability to navigate a clients organization, build account plans for growing their client accounts, and develop a strategy for winning individual competitive pursuits. They need a support team that is familiar with those objectives and can help structure the processes and leverage tools to support them.

How the Marketing Automation Analyst Fits this Focus

As a member of our Global Markets and Industries (GMI) team you will execute email campaigns in North America and internationally, using Salesforce and Pardot. Youll report campaign metrics such as opens and clicks, analyze and resolve issues, and keep Pardot synchronized with Salesforce and the TeleTech website. Lastly, youll be responsible for understanding and complying with the various country internet privacy laws, and youll manage incoming leads from the website and direct them to the appropriate campaign list within Pardot.

What the role really does

You will be responsible for:
Email campaigns to North America and international contact lists
Integration between Pardot and Salesforce, and between Pardot and the TeleTech website
Campaign results reporting and analytics, providing both detailed and summary reports that help determine which campaigns and which pieces of content are performing better
Working with the TeleTech website design and build team, to develop landing pages for specific pieces of content that are linked with campaigns
Work with the Legal team to understand and comply with email privacy laws in the US, Canada, Australia, Philippines, Mexico, and Brazil, with potential for future expansion into Europe
Managing the quality and integrity of the campaign target data within Pardot and ensuring that results reports are accurate and each list is refreshed appropriately prior to each campaign

What were looking for

Were looking for someone who enjoys the competitiveness of the sales function and the excitement of watching each new marketing campaign generate leads for the company. We need someone who can understand TeleTechs offerings and ensure the email that supports each campaign is written in a way that it highlights the associated piece of content in light of the associated solution offering. Lastly, we need someone who is technical and detail-oriented enough to do that hard work associated with managing data quality and integrity, testing each email before it is sent, and managing integration between the various tools. Specific skills and experience include:

BA/BS or equivalent experience; Business Administration or Marketing preferred
Experience with Pardot or similar marketing analytics tool
Project management experience, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment, preferably in a large and complex organization
Experience using Salesforce.com a plus
Experience in the customer service and/or call center field a plus
