Digital Acquisition Director Digital Marketing

Our continuously growing team is looking for a Digital Acquisition Director with a transformational leadership approach to join Revana Digital. The Digital Acquisition Director, working with VP(s) and Account Director(s), will be responsible for supporting excellence in delivery and strategic growth of assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct digital B2B and B2C marketing with emphasis on paid and organic search, lead generation and nurturing, mobile and analytics.

The Digital Acquisition Director is a primary media contact and works directly with client counterparts. While managing different functional teams which include paid media, SEO, email, social, mobile and programmatic display, the Digital Acquisition Director will work closely with Account Director(s) and clients to identify specific needs and business objectives, and then devise, oversee implementation and execution of media strategies to grow clients business accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Industry Relationships
Runs day-to-day operations of media across a portfolio of accounts
Supports client retention by working with the leadership team to maintaining client relationships, proactively identifying client risks or opportunities, and managing client media to effectively respond to needs and opportunities
Develop deep knowledge of client business and media landscape and establish relationships with strategic clients
Build rapport with new and existing clients
Supports new business development with media audits and plans
Engagement P&L Ownership
Monitors media program performance within accounts to proactively identify risks and opportunities
Consistently cultivates a portfolio of new business efforts
Team Management
Identify needs for project team members on assigned accounts
Actively leads or participates in regular update meetings to facilitate ongoing internal and client communication
Actively participates within highly-skilled client delivery teams to enhance and deepen client relationships
Coordinates with Account Manager and/or Project Manager on matters concerning the project
Assists with new employee on-boarding and training
