Vice President, Account Partner

We are currently seeking a VP, Account Partner to join our team. In this role you will be a key member of an engagement management team and have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of our Cloud and Premise Based Contact Solution engagements, as well as developing relationships with client executives and growing and expanding accounts at one or more of our large clients.

This is an executive level role with key accountability and thought leadership responsibilities.
For one or more of our clients, your key responsibilities will be:

1. Successful delivery activity management within client accounts and add-on sales for one or more projects or streams of consulting and managed services work
2. Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships across business units over an extended period of time
3. Account financial activities, including accurate revenue forecasting, invoicing, project contribution margin, account contribution margin and expense management
4. Account sales activities including leading the identification of client needs and opportunities, presenting eLoyalty credentials to address client needs, proposal and negotiation leadership, and closing the new opportunities
5. Developing and implementing sales strategies as it relates to the account and industry solutions
6. Partnering with others in eLoyalty (such as sales executives and subject matter experts) and introducing them into the account to assist in growing the account presence
7. Establishing solid eLoyalty references and success stories at the account
8. Developing, managing and coaching senior consulting resources at eLoyalty into effective leaders
9. Establishing and building vendor and partner relationships within the account

Successful candidates for the Account Partner role must possess qualities in Sales Leadership, Delivery Leadership, Technical Acumen, and Business Management. More specifically we look for demonstrated experience and capabilities in the following:

1. Expertise in one or more eLoyalty key subject areas - contact center technology and implementation, contact center operations strategy and business process development
2. Leading at least one large multi-functional systems integration program within a global 2000 company utilizing Cisco UC or like technologies
3. Systems Integration Consulting and consulting leadership, either in a consulting firm or within a business unit of a corporation that provides services to other business units
4. Growing a professional services account over time, and persevering through economic cycles
5. Developing creative solutions for client problems and leading project teams through the implementations
6. Managing client expectations effectively and partnering with clients to understand and manage their business practices
7. Understanding of the CRM space and the required capabilities to achieve business results
8. Complex, large-scale project management experience, leading those projects to completion
9. Ability to travel up to 35%, or more depending on client commitments
10. BS, BA or MIS Degree
