In-store Sales Excellence Trainer - Dubai, UAE (travels within Middle East)

Leading European company, developing and producing top-quality screen protection for smartphones and tablets is currently looking for Arabic and English speaking in-store sales excellence trainer, with minimum 3 years of experience within sales training.
JOBDESCRIPTION
The main role as an in-store excellence trainer is to provide coaching and training to store managers, distributors and resellers throughout the Middle East. The objective is to create brand awareness, maximize sales performance, guarantee the right display and presentation of products to customers and to secure retail partners and distributors achieve their sales goals.
Responsibilities
* Manage the development, execution and deployment of sales training programs and quality improvements throughout the Middle East
* Coaching the Store Managers, Retail Managers and general staff on selling skills based on the guidance from the General Manager and Area Sales Managers
* Coaching retailer staff on visual merchandising, competition knowledge and brand/product stories to maximize sales performance
* Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
* Organize and perform follow up sessions at store level
* Work with store managers and teams on KPIs and prepare results related action plans
Requirements
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in training and/or sales
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Available to travel in the Middle East
* UAE driver license
* Excellent presentation skills plus oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous activities in different locations
* Outgoing with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward client and co-workers
* High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
* Must possess the ability to perform required duties without close supervision
* Must work well under pressure and work flexible hours as required
* Good knowledge in use of PowerPoint and Excel
