Job Description:
* Scanning the property market and keep a lookout for both old and new assets
* Working with the sales team, and other departments, to ensure that Sales information is shared, sales opportunities are maximized
* Generating new leads
* Helping the client to select the best property depending on his needs and budget
* Recruiting Agents and monitoring their performance to see if they are following the legal business practices or not
* Ensuring achievement of sales target, by prospecting customers, selling projects and manning assigned projects
* Initiating and Closing sales
* Completing all stages of the sales cycle for syndicate and retail brokerage sales
