A contracting company who has been in the business for (20) years in the UAE requires a Project Manager for MEP and Fit-out and Finishing Works. An attractive salary package (basic + commission) will be negotiated dependent on experience.
Candidate should meet the below criteria as a minimum:
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience at Managerial level in the same field
• Extensive MEP and Fit Out experience within retail, commercial and residential sectors
• Can read technical drawings and be familiar with relative raw materials
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language. Bilingual English and Arabic is an advantage
• With strong character and possesses excellent leadership skills
• Fully compliant with current Health & Safety legislation
• Degree educated is desired
• Skillful and experienced in dealing the market and contracts negotiation
