Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
? Sales cycle management from lead generation to contract execution and collection
? Planning and Forecasting sales figures and creating a win plan against every account
? Identify potential market in education and corporate domain
? Identify & generate business from new accounts and existing accounts
? Capability to open doors with CXOs
? Provide Market intelligence to the Headquarters through weekly inputs that would help in evolving new penetration strategies
? Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports and usage of CRM to upkeep the sales hygiene
? Achieve revenue targets, build credibility in the market & gain market share
? Demonstrate high level of integrity and trust within the organization, prospects and customers
? Demonstrate ability to work with various support teams such as presales, products and services
? Attend weekly, monthly , quarterly and annual reviews as required

Customer Management
? Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.
? Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication with the Headquarters and prospects / customers
? Provide team representation and set proper client expectations
? Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverable and revenue
