The Technician MUST be able to use equipment blueprints and schematics to assist them in installing, examining, testing, replacing, or repairing various devices or components in the plant. They are responsible for troubleshooting electrical problems, as well as repair and maintenance.
The Technician will be responsible in running and entire shift with junior staff to supervise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement preventive maintenance program for all equipment and accomplish
troubleshooting missions requested by technical Coordinator.
Independently run a shift successfully with junior staff to supervise.
Provide technical support to ensure repairs & servicing is successful.
Liaise with customers to develop strong working relationship.
Develop & identify local sourcing of the spare parts, lead time & costs to provide local
support where applicable.
Provide support for all quality issues (product or equipment) that may arise and fully Document them.
Organize training for customers to ensure that best practices & current procedures are implemented.
Deliver a weekly report on activity, matters, and services provided.
