Job Description

Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Clean food preparation area and storage areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
A grill cook must understand the grill area layout, how to cook using prescribed portions, grilling procedures, and presentation requirements
Cook food, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, kebab, fish and Arabic grills which are prepared to order, or kept warm.
Operate large-volume gas grill and char - coal grill.
Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
Record, track, and maintain inventory levels.
