Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
Minimum academic education level of BS in accounting or related subjects
Good understanding of accounting and reporting methods
Well- versed in using at least two accounting software
Well- versed in using Excel and creating reports and analysis

Job description:
- Coordinating day to day activities and supervising Accounts staff while managing the complete accounting activities up to finalization in ERP environment.
- Keeping track on the outstanding debtors and taking appropriate measures for ensuring timely receipt and money from them.
- Scrutinizing purchase and expense bills, ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
- Maintaining inter- company transaction & reconciliation.
- Maintaining inventory & stock checking on monthly basis.
- Preparing monthly payroll, allocation of salaries & wages.
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Responsible for monthly & weekly cash flow actual & projection.
- Ensure payment to suppliers and co- ordinate regarding cash flow requirements to the management & maintaining PDCS.
- Taking the purchasing requisition requests from purchase department and forwarding the purchase requisition details to the higher management for their approval.
