Job is in Muscat (capital of Oman), not in Dubai!!!
New opening gym is hiring instructors now:
- fitness
- Pilates
- yoga
- insanity
- any others
Job starts in AugustSeptember.
Salary is $1,000/month.
1. 50% of 13th month basic salary and will increase every year.
2. Commissions on additional clients in the gym over the expected number.
3. Medical benefit (working with insurance companies to explore options at the moment).
4. Five weeks vacation at the end of second year. And return ticket back home. If employee decide to leave before two years, he or she will pay for their own ticket.
5. Planned career ladder.
6. Accommodation will be provided very close to the gym. Safe, clean , 1 room for each employee with shared bathroom. This is concrete building with security and not caravan type. Most probably in the same building as the gym, that is why a transportation is not provided.
Working week is Sunday to Thursday. But the gym will be open on the weekends as well.
The working ours are 10 hours with 1 hour break, this means 9 hrs per day and 2 days off.
There will be two shifts (5 am to 3 pm) and (12 pm to 10 pm) these timings are subject to change.
Ramadan hours will start from 12 pm to 12 am.
Ramadan timing may change as normally no clients until 4 pm. It peaks from 8 pm onward.
This is applicable for men and women. The gym is not mixed, so men will have those gym and women will have theirs.
