VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
Should have excellent experience in supporting end users laptops.
Excellent experience in using most of Microsoft products features including word, excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent experience in document quality and control
Excellent experience in laptop setup and support
Excellent experience in windows 7, 8and 10 including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience in Apple Macintosh platforms Operating System
Experience in supporting Apple (Mac, iPad,iPhone) products.
Experience in supporting smart phones.
Experience in the IP Phone configuration.
Experience in dealing with projector & Data show
Excellent experience in printing service [installation, configuration and troubleshooting]
Secondary Skills and experiences:
ITIL V3 certificate and experience
Experience in Microsoft systems
Experience in Network and Security.
Experience in using HPSM ITSM tool
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System
Experience required 1-2 Years
Domain: Bank.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
