VAM Systems is currently looking for Application Support Engineer for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
Application Support Engineer should have the following technical experience in IT / Banking sector:
Central Bank application (ICCS, WPS, SWIFT, Payment safe ..etc.)
Banking channels like mobile Banking, Internet Banking, IVR, ATM
Preferably experience on other applications like HRMS, Admin System, Risk Systems (Sungard), BI & data warehouse… etc.
Preferably has the background on middleware.
First & second level of support where it includes identifying the issues, analyzing it, solving the issue or escalate it to vendor.
Also, managing the CRs related to the above area, by raising the CRs either internally or to vendors, implementing the same, testing and ensure smooth move to production.
Experience Required: 3 years
