Job description:
Will be responsible for interacting with customers & handling counter sales at the Jewellery Showroom.
Should be passionate about working in Gold & Diamond Jewellery industry.
Responsible for proper & attractive display of jewellery.
Give knowledge & correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase.
Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
Achieve the showroom sales target while maintaining utmost focus on quality of customer service in showroom.
Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom which includes - Sales
Transaction, * Tracking Customer Orders. Providing After Sales service to the customers. Maintaining Inventory & * Collection of Customer Data.
Good communication skills and pleasing personality a pre-requisite for this role.
Provide high quality service to the customer.
Show and explain new and popular jeweler designs to the customer.
Explain to the various promotions in the showroom.
Support/suggest strength and qualities of certain attractive designs to promote their sale.
Weigh the jewellery items selected by the customer in front of them to ensure exact weight and rates are applied for the item they have selected to build trust with the customer.
Responsible for the achievement of the target assigned.
Daily stock check and indenting with the supervision of the department in-charge
Stock verification and storage of fresh stock
Preparing the stock reports
Providing excellent service to the customer during the sales process
Handling customer objections
Post sale follow up with customers as per the responsibility assigned
Responsible for extending sale and influencing the customer to purchase more
Briefing the customer about, value added services offered by the store.
Visual Merchandising & Display
Display of Jewellery within the counters in the specified format and its maintenance
Display of VM kits in the mood windows, its maintenance and periodic change
Display of POP material, festival VM material or other promotional display material and its removal after the indented period
Ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping within the showroom.
