Responsible to perform all maintenance duties and repairs within the hotel in an efficient and effective manner maintain quality at all times. Responsible to keep all areas within the hotel safe, secure and free from hazard at all times.
? Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and equipment continue to run smoothly and that building systems operate efficiently.
? Responsible for making sure that all electrical systems and appliances in the hotel are in good working condition including lights, emergency power, door signals, exit lights, etc.
Experience, Skill and Qualification:
? Minimum 2 years of experience within a similar role.
? High School/ Diploma.
? Good command in English.
? Basic Knowledge and experience in carpentry, plumbing, electricity and mechanical tasks.
? Good knowledge in handling hazardous equipment
