Job Description

As a lead technical specialist, responsibilities will include task/project management and technical oversight of engineering tasks/projects or components thereof, staff, and budgets; identification and development of new business opportunities; ensure consistently accurate and timely client and management communications; manage proposal coordination and preparation including identifying technical assessment, scope, techniques, and price; and develop and direct junior staff. Candidates should be able to perform research and provide technical recommendations and decisions within project scope and have demonstrated superior leadership, excellent skills in project management, written and oral communication, negotiation, and proposal development; the ability to hire, retain, motivate, direct and mentor staff; the ability to identify, evaluate, and assimilate information before making quality decisions; innovation in problem solving and decision making; and the ability to work as the member of a team striving to achieve the overall objectives of the firm.
