IT Assistant / IT Support Executive
Knowledge of LAN / WAN / TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP / Basic Routing / Wireless / Access Points.
Knowledge of Setting up Network Printers and Scanners.
Advance Knowledge of Setting up Microsoft Products Like Windows OS / Microsoft Office / Setting up Outlook and other email clients.
Desktop / Notebooks / Mobile Devices Support and Troubleshooting Skills.
Basic Knowledge of Active Directory and Serer Operating Systems will be a plus point.
Basic Knowledge of Firewall / UTM / NAS Systems
1-2 Years IT Support Experience is required Fresh Graduates can also apply with above mentioned skills.
