Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced for all clients,
• Project manage all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time, and to a high standard
• Hold monthly and quarterly design review meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the work produced
• Ensure all design work produced is on-brand and meets the client brand guidelines
• Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
• Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media
• Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image
• Work with creative director and account managers, business development teams to create design and branding material for client pitches

Key Skills/Experience:
• At least five years of experience, preferably in a digital agency
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (design and motion graphics)
• Strong team management and mentoring skills
• A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• A passion for creating stunning visuals which match the client brief and help to deliver amazing ROI
• A good understanding of print processes
• UI/website design experience
• Multimedia experience is plus
• Social Media design expert
• Stay current on industry trends in Digital and Social Media.
• Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
