1.1 To look after the territory of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dubai and maximize the presence of the products in markets through wholesale business operations.
1.2 To develop the existing customers by establishing proper communications channels, monitoring the stock position, improving the product display techniques, and establishing lasting rapport with them to maximize sales.
1.3 To introduce new products in the market by proper product orientation and maximize sales.
1.4 To execute the sales in co-ordination with all concerned department and ensure the products reach the customer in time.
1.5 To ensure that the assigned market territory is fully developed and the sale is maximized.
1.6 To obtain and study regular product feedback from customers and handle promptly the customer complaints, if any.
1.7 To undertake visits to the customers in the territory as and when required in co-ordination with GM - Sales and marketing and submit reports for improvements or new strategy.
1.8 To give special attention and consistently contact the accounts that are focused by competitors in-order to retain the Business
1.9 Discuss Sales leads with GM of Sales & Marketing for an immediate action plan to maximize effectiveness and conduct proper follow- up on leads.
1.10. Ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality and delivery of the
products supplied and meet the commitments made by the business agreement.
2. Marketing Functions:
2.1 To undertake necessary market research/ analysis/ survey/data collection and obtain required market information from the assigned market territory in order to make market development strategy and optimization of sales.
2.2 To search for new customers in the market by conducting market analysis, short-listing potential customers, giving them complete product information, establishing regular contacts and maintaining frequent follow up wherever required.
2.3 To study and analyze the marketability of the potential customer and discuss the feasibility with GM - Sales and Marketing for further action.
2.4 To keep a close eye on the Market trends and to provide a feedback and customers observation to the GM.
2.5 To make business forecast for sales in assigned territory and submit MIS to management on business operation as per the frequency decided by the company.
2.6 To co-ordinate and organize successfully business promotions/ exhibitions/ product launches in the region in association with Marketing Manager.
