- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
- Strong exposure in Brazilian cuisine
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential
- Experience in standalone restaurant and fast paced environment
- Good knowledge in leading a team and showcase fine culinary skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- English communication skills are important
- Preferably, residing in UAE
