An American based International Firm is seeking a Senior Architect to head up the Dubai based foreign branch. The job is focused in marketing & business development for the company.
- To manage, oversee & lead the Dubai foreign branch office
- To develop key business relationships and carry on firm marketing
- Manage existing firm relationships & contacts, as well as develop new client relationships
- Involvement in Municipality & authority requirements for the office
- Business Development & marketing
- Project management of architectural & interiors projects
- Management of job timelines and project budgets in cost effective manner
- Overseeing design, drawing production & code compliance of all construction documents
- Providing technical & design leadership to staff
