Job Description

As our Retail Manager, you’ll provide personal, customized service to our clients and develop new and existing retail banking accounts. This key position reports to the Area President and will also serve as a contact for our business clientele. To qualify, you must have knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies and procedures, including a full understanding of the types of accounts and helping customers with account opening, contributions and management, establishing sweeps and merchant services, processing maintenance items, reviewing daily reports, and assisting with ATM services.

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years Retail Management Experience

5+ years Customer Service Experience

3+ years Cash Handling Experience

3+ years Financial Services and/or Operations Experience

Strong Attention to Detail

Organizational Skills

High School Diploma

Ability to work Saturdays

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Associates degree and/or equivalent work experiences
