They are seeking to hire the services of a Development Manager.
The Development Manager oversees all development activity in the market.
Responsibilities include:
Selecting the appropriate sub-markets within which to develop,
The acquisition of new business and sites for development,
Overseeing and managing the development process,
Establishing the strategy for acquisition of entitlements and product design
Acting as the "quarterback" of the development asset team (development, property management and construction).
